Epoxy filler is applied sparingly to the rails of the tail of the board so that a
hard edge can be shaped which will cause efficient water release. George builds
everything for his windsurfers- the masts, the sails, the sail battens, the fins,
the universal joint, the foot straps and the boom. In this way the lightest, fastest rig
can be created using his own design concepts and construction methods.
